Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole
1 cup florets broccoli
1 cup florets cauliflower
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 medium, chopped onion
2 cloves, minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Steam broccoli and cauliflower florets until slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a saucepan, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until softened. Add milk, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
In a baking dish, layer the steamed broccoli and cauliflower. Pour the cheese sauce over the vegetables, ensuring everything is well coated.
