Creamy Chicken and Mozzarella Pasta Bake
1 cup egg noodles
1 boneless, skinless breast, diced chicken
1/2 cup, shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 cup, chopped spinach
2 cloves, minced garlic
1 cup milk
1/4 cup, grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. In a separate skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, minced garlic, and mozzarella. Cook over low heat, stirring until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth.
