200g mushrooms

150g pasta

50g parmesan

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp butter

to taste salt

to taste black pepper

2 cups spinach


Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Grate the Parmesan cheese and mince the garlic. Wash and chop the spinach.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.
