Spicy Prawn Stir-fry with Chili Garlic Noodles
150g prawns
1, sliced onion
1, sliced chili pepper
3 cloves, minced garlic
1, sliced bell peppers
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
100g noodles
Peel and devein the prawns. Slice the onion, chili pepper, and bell peppers. Mince the garlic. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a wok or large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced chili pepper. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add cooked noodles and soy sauce to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce if needed. Serve the Spicy Prawn Stir-fry with Chili Garlic Noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions or cilantro for freshness.
For an extra kick of heat, you can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or drizzle some sriracha sauce over the finished dish. Feel free to customize the vegetables in the stir-fry based on your preferences, such as adding broccoli, snap peas, or mushrooms for added texture and flavor variation.
